When you ride into Pemberton from Whistler along the Sea-to-Sky trail, you enter another world: a micro-climate different from the mountains you have just left behind. In front of you is an expanse of farmland as far as the eye can see. One Mile Lake beckons and Mount Currie stands majestic overseeing it all. The village, which you can just see from where you stand, is tucked away in this valley, whose peaks rise more than 8,500 ft.
You stop for a bit of rest before heading down the hill to the village itself. Should you stop for a dip in the lake? Should you continue on to Nairn Falls before heading to the Village itself? You decide. Check out the best of biking in Pemberton below.
